All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

- Canada: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, RedRock Jackets cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you in working with the carrier to locate the shipment.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
