Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At RedRock Jackets, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns, refunds, or exchanges in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Original tags and packaging are attached.
  • The item is in its original condition suitable for resale.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

RedRock Jackets reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final Sale items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow:

3–5 business days for inspection.

5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

We currently accept exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size received.
  • Defective or damaged items. Incorrect item shipped.

To exchange an item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.  If a direct exchange is unavailable, customers may return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Upon verification, RedRock Jackets will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

RedRock Jackets is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

7. International Orders

We accept international returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Duties, taxes, customs fees, and VAT are non-refundable.
  • International exchanges are not available. Customers should return the item and place a new order.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure after delivery.
